In laundering, our wash and fold service is processed by weight, not garment count. Items are not individually inspected, and we are not responsible for claims, including shrinkage, discoloration, runs, rips, tears, or any other damage. This disclaimer extends to any claimed loss or missing items.

 

As a mobile pick-up & delivery service, items are not counted at the time of pick-up but logged at our facility, and our internal count is considered the final item count. We will not be held liable for any claims of items sent, missing, or damaged. Kwik Wash Laundry Services is not responsible for any items claimed lost or stolen from designated drop-off or delivery areas."
